Cost & tokens
Per artifact — estimated spend in the current filter
Cost outliers — attempts burning far more than typical
Project a client's cost — uses the measured cost per attempt in the current filter
Choose which corner the tutor, feedback, and identity bubbles sit in — per artifact/course. Saved instantly; takes effect on the next page load (no re-upload). “Default” keeps the built-in position; “Hidden” removes that bubble on that artifact/course (needs bubbles v1.2.0+ stamped in the target).

They get an email to set their own password — no password is ever created for them here.
The cohort is what assigns learning: enrolling someone gives them that cohort’s menu at learn.extremelearningusa.com/mylearning, the one address to give everybody. Organization, site and team only describe who the person is, for filtering reports; team is optional. Leave everything blank for someone who only needs the dashboard. The organization list shows the official ids that content and menus are tagged with (for Divergence that is divergence), not what people typed into their own profile.
Organizations
The official list. A client is served by a service provider (an engagement). A program manager or org dashboard viewer at a service provider also reaches every client it actively serves. The id is what settings, menus, cohorts and accounts carry; it cannot change once used.

Cohorts
A cohort is a group of people going through the same program (a menu) together. It can mix people from several teams. Enroll people with the Cohort box above, or with “Set org / team / cohorts” on their row.

Leads
People who left their contact in a lead-magnet activity (the contact gate shown right before the solution). Every lead lives here and in Brevo, in one list per audience. The audience comes from the link they clicked (?aud=whatsapp_leads / ?aud=linkedin_leads); the source is the utm_source / utm_campaign tag on that link. Test-mode captures are kept for verification but never sent to Brevo.

Person view
Everything one person has played, in order, across every activity, plus a segment computed from it (the segment rules are examples to react to: 1–2 activities = Curious, 3–4 = Engaged, 5+ = Committed). Click an email above, or type any learner email (leads or not).
Create a review link
Pick what to review and share the link with your SME. They open it, type their name, and leave comments — no account needed. The link never expires unless you disable it. Each link is its own room: everyone using the same link sees and replies to the same comments; different links never mix. Review links also mark all activity as test data automatically. (Accounts don't grant review access — "Tester (Data)" on the Users tab only controls data recording.)
What a new person receives when you press Send invitation. Saved once, used for every invitation after that.
Plain text. Leave an empty line between paragraphs. The email opens with “Hi <first name>,” by itself when you typed a name on the invite.
[ Set my password and get started ] — the button
A line saying the button works for a limited time and how to get a fresh link Your way back in, always: learn.extremelearningusa.com/mylearning
Org dashboards
Tick the organization(s) where this person is a program manager. They can then invite people, set site and team, enroll people in cohorts and see Reports. Ticking a service provider (Divergence) also covers the clients it serves, so tick only where the person works. Untick everything to remove the role.
Tick the organizations this person may see in the dashboard. They get the Reports tab only, and its Organization filter offers just these. Untick everything to remove their dashboard access.
Where this person belongs
Organization, site and team describe who the person is (report filters). They do not assign any learning.
Each ticked cohort gives the person that cohort’s menu at /mylearning.
A short “you have been enrolled” email with the /mylearning link. Without it they get no notice at all. Nothing is sent when you only change organization, team or dashboard access.
Edit artifact
Changes here go live on the next artifact page-load. No re-rendering or re-uploading needed.
Short snake_case. Used as the join key everywhere in the platform. Once set, never change it.
Drives the dashboard's Organization/Site views and how this resource's sessions are attributed. Lowercase, no spaces (e.g. uscold / dallas). Leave blank only for shared content with no fixed site.
The long ID in the Sheet URL between /d/ and /edit. Open this sheet ↗
Uncheck to hide the floating "?" button on this artifact's pages. Useful for resources where the tutor would be redundant or off-message. Saved as tutor_enabled in the config JSON.
Which corner of the page the floating "?" sits in. Move it if it overlaps with the artifact's own buttons. Saved as tutor_position; default is top-right (the least-crowded corner for most artifacts).
Per-artifact mic backend. Whisper is more accurate, mobile-friendly, and metered through your spending cap; Web Speech is free but unreliable and invisible to the dashboard. Saved as mic_engine in the config JSON. The mic is fully manual: learners tap the mic to start, tap again to stop, and press Send when ready — no silence auto-stop, no auto-send.
The voice this artifact speaks with (OpenAI text-to-speech, via the proxy). Leave on "Default" to use the global voice; set one to give this artifact its own. Saved as tts_voice in the config JSON.
Free-form bag for everything else: API keys, voice endpoints, model name, feature flags. Must be valid JSON. Same exposure level as the deployed HTML — anyone running the artifact can read it.
AI proxy settings
When today's upstream spend hits the daily cap, the proxy returns an error until UTC midnight. Editable from here — takes effect within ~30 seconds (the function caches settings briefly).
Set to 0 to disable the cap entirely (not recommended). Resets at UTC midnight.
Guardrails (v5)
Checks the proxy runs on every request. Defaults are sensible — tune only if needed.
Blocked learners see a polite "keep it appropriate and related to the lesson" message. "Warn" logs flags without blocking (good for a trial week).
Ceiling per learner per day (the overall daily cap above is still the hard floor). 0 = no per-learner cap.
Any chat model NOT on this list is rejected — your main protection against a copied key requesting a pricey model.
Advanced limits
Default excludes plain "violence" so warehouse-safety talk isn't false-flagged.
Token pricing rates
All in US dollars. Saved to the registry — takes effect immediately in this dashboard, no re-upload needed. Changing a rate re-prices your whole history.
input_per_1m / output_per_1m = dollars per 1,000,000 tokens · elevenlabs_per_1k_chars = dollars per 1,000 characters. Models not listed fall back to openai_default.
Client menus
Build a curated menu for a client at learn.extremelearningusa.com/m/<slug>. Toggle which activities they see — changes go live on Save, no redeploy. New activities you add later appear here automatically, turned off.
Who can open it: “Anyone with the link” is right for a client or playtest menu — visitors see the activities straight away and sign in inside them. Choose “Contact required first” only for a lead-magnet audience, where leaving a contact is the price of entry (that is why whatsapp-leads and linkedin-leads are set that way). “Sign-in required” is for a cohort or team with invited accounts: only people enrolled in a cohort that uses this menu can open it (cohorts are managed in the Users tab), and everyone else is sent to /mylearning to sign in.
Organization + Site are this instance's identity — they drive the per-client menu and its dashboard view. Language is just which content version; leave blank unless this menu is language-specific.
Auto-select ticks every activity tagged for this menu's Organization & Site (set above). Review, then Save. You can still tick/untick by hand.
People who open an activity from this menu can pin comments to what they see. Everyone on the menu shares one conversation per activity, so they see each other’s comments. Their activity still counts as real (testers and admins stay test data). Read and answer the comments in the Review tab. Unticking hides the bubble; the comments are kept.
Releases (optional) ·
Group the ticked activities into dated releases. A release whose date is in the future shows on the menu as “Opens Oct 19” with its cards locked, and unlocks by itself that day (Eastern time). No date = open now. Ticked activities you leave out of every release show under “More activities”.

An empty page here is good news, not a broken tab. Real failures are rare —
across the three months before this tab existed there were 8 that reached a real learner.
Browser-side reporting caps itself at 10 reports per page load and 2 per distinct bug, so a
runaway loop shows up as one row with a high count rather than thousands of rows.
Test-mode activity is hidden unless you tick Include test data.

What this is for. Every question a learner types into the floating "?" tutor is
recorded. A step that collects a lot of questions is usually a step whose content is unclear —
that is the signal worth acting on, more than any individual question.
What is stored. Only tutor questions — never F10 answers, survey responses or
Video Discussion replies. Emails, phone numbers, card and SSN-shaped strings are redacted before
storage, and the text is capped at 500 characters. Admin-only: this table is not readable by
learners or reviewers. Test-mode activity is hidden unless you tick Include test data.
